I combed through my inbox in case I still had the order confirmation from Restoration Hardware, but I don’t.
My media cabinet was bought in prob 2015 or 2014 from Restoration Hardware. It was a really good deal at the time and was half off, so I jumped on it.

It’s very similar, mine has glass on the top though. I think this is the model.
